Is there a free trial for paid tiers?
The Seed plan is free forever — there's no time limit on getting started. When you're ready to unlock advanced features, you can upgrade anytime from your seller dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your stall and all features stay active until the end of your current period.
What is the platform fee cap?
The platform fee is capped at $20 per order — so a $1,000 order costs just $20, not $40. Stripe's processing fee (1.7% + 30¢) is separate and passed through at cost with zero markup.
Do cash-mode stalls pay commission?
No. If your stall is set to "Cash only", buyers pay you directly and there's no platform commission at all. Cash mode is available on all tiers.
What is a Fresh?
Fresh is a 24-hour photo update for your stall — like an Instagram Story. Buyers see an animated ring on your map pin when you have an active Fresh. Available on Grow and Harvest.
How does featured placement work on Harvest?
Harvest stalls are structurally ranked above Seed and Grow stalls in nearby search results while the subscription is active. Any tier can also purchase a temporary boost for top-of-feed placement.
